Niagara Falls is an impressive sight, but it’s not just its size that makes it a wonder. Located just outside the city of Niagara Falls, New York, on the border between Canada and the United States, Niagara Falls has been attracting tourists for centuries due to its striking beauty. The American side of the falls drops 167 feet (50 meters) and shoots out a single stream that spreads out into a mist-like spray near the bottom. Meanwhile, the Canadian side sends its waters down three separate paths: the Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls, and the Rainbow Falls.

The Everglades is a subtropical wetland in Florida, and it contains the largest mangrove ecosystem in the United States. The canyon’s 277 miles run from Lake Powell to the outskirts of Flagstaff, Arizona, and it ranges from 6 to 18 miles wide. You can spot the Grand Canyon from the aircraft when you fly into Las Vegas, but that view doesn’t compare to being there, looking down into its depths, and watching the sunset over it.
